I live in Vancouver, and work as a librarian and occasional copy editor. I like coffee, vegan pancakes, well made books and knitted things, rabbits and bikes and music that's sometimes hard to listen to. When I'm not working, I'm usually messing up the kitchen or dreaming up places to go with my camera.

FlowerSome friends got married this weekend in Victoria. The wedding was at Starling Lane Winery, on a heritage farm once owned by Judge Begbie, BC's famous "hanging judge." Things I didn't manage to photograph: a lot of excellent food, a band that included a banjo, rabbits, croquet injuries, neighbouring sheep.
