I live in Vancouver, and work as a librarian and occasional copy editor. I like coffee, vegan pancakes, well made books and knitted things, rabbits and bikes and music that's sometimes hard to listen to. When I'm not working, I'm usually messing up the kitchen or dreaming up places to go with my camera.

The Burning House

My submission to The Burning House. The list: childhood quilt, favourite mittens, camera (not pictured) and lenses, my pet rabbit, scarf I bought in Iceland, rain jacket (because chances are it's raining), a painting I like (that just happens to be close to the door), embroidered map of the neighbourhood where I grew up, hard drive, old family photos, wallet, phone, passport, keys, books I think might be hard to replace, vintage salt and pepper shakers I am currently quite fond of, shoes.
